About Us
OUR MODEL OF CARE
CPC has been proudly serving its community since 2009, with a commitment to providing the highest level of dynamic and passive care to its active client base. Our chiropractic, massage therapy, and sport performance care at CPC is guided by our core values.
It starts with Connecting with each individual client, an Objective understanding of the problems, coaching you on how to effectively take Responsibility, and Empowering you to be an active participant in your health journey.
At CPC, we encourage MOVEMENT! It is through the right movement and exercises that the body at a cellular level can learn to respond appropriately to day to day demands, and the requirements of sport. It is via this action and reaction that the tissues get stronger, more resilient and responsive.
At CPC, we assess, treat, program and train within the framework of Functional Range Series® utilized by the top health and fitness professionals around the world, such as the NBA, NHL, NFL and the UFC.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT WHEN YOU VISIT US
Our healthcare professionals always start with a thorough Functional Assessment® where the movement and strength of the areas of complaint are assessed. Based on the specific findings, a treatment plan that includes active and passive components is designed.
The active component can range from specific rehab exercises pertaining to the acute condition, to creating a unique and individualized Strength and Conditioning program that improves movement dysfunctions and performance. At CPC, we specialize in providing active individuals and athletes with strength and conditioning programs based on the Functional Range Systems Internal Strength Model®, to reach peak performance in your sport.
Our health professionals can help you recover from various musculoskeletal injuries, whether it’s an acute injury, post-surgery recovery, or a chronic physical complaint.
At CPC, we offer a wide range of services such as: Chiropractic Therapy, Massage Therapy, Medical Acupuncture, Shockwave Therapy, and Strength and Conditioning programming.
